Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Since every item is custom-made for you, production takes 2–5 business days. After that, shipping within the USA usually takes 5–10 business days. International orders can take 2–4 weeks.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes! We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all USA orders over $50.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Because we use a Print-on-Demand process, production starts almost immediately. We can only cancel or change orders within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order is locked into production.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day guarantee for damaged or defective items. However, because each product is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/color selection.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: Our primary production facilities are located in the United States, which ensures fast delivery for our US customers.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: We ship to many international destinations, including Azerbaijan. However, please note that we do not ship to the UK or the European Union (EU) at this time.

Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

A: Don’t worry! Just email us at info@artishocked.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement for free.
